All made-to-order wigs and remakes have a 7-10 day processing time before shipment. Ready-to-ship unit have a 24-48 hour processing time. When choosing the pick-up option ( Houston Only ) payment is expected before pickup . No cash payments accepted.
Please understand that colors can appear lighter or darker depending on lighting !
Shipping policy
Your shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout . Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping . Understand that delays might happen through shipping couriers ( such as weather delays , holidays , order volumes , etc . ). Tracking numbers will be sent via email address provided at checkout.
All orders over $450 will require a signature upon delivery.
We prioritize a dependable fulfillment and delivery experience however , once your package is accepted through our delivery courier we are no longer responsible for the package. Please contact the courier for any issues or concern on lost or stolen packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please understand that all sales are final . Unless there is a mistake on our part , items are not eligible for return. If there is a mistake on our part you will be provided a return label and can return the product by dropping off at our postal courier.

Can my wig be bleached or dyed ?
HerrHair wigs can be dyed and bleached .
Yes , Our wigs can be dyed and bleached . We suggest using quality bleach such as BlondeMe for the best results , however any bleach will work !
Will my wig shed or tangle ?
You can expect very little shedding or tangling . If you are using glue abrasive to wear your unit some shedding is expected on the frontal / closure after multiple wears .
